We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand your needs, assess whether our services may be suitable, arrange follow-up, maintain business records, improve our services, and meet legal or administrative obligations.
Automated processing and service providers
Form submissions may be processed through WordPress and WPForms, transferred through Zapier, recorded in Google Workspace or Google Sheets, and added to our Notion-based customer relationship records. Where appropriate, consenting and qualified enquirers may receive an email or SMS through our communications providers, including Twilio. Automated screening helps us prioritise enquiries; GoBisnix remains responsible for follow-up and decisions.
We may also use hosting, email, security and other technology providers to operate our services. These providers receive information only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform their functions and may process or store information outside Papua New Guinea under their own security and privacy safeguards.
Consent and communications
Submitting an enquiry allows us to respond to that enquiry. We will only send SMS or email communications that require consent where the applicable consent has been given. You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
